1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, Easelife Pro will provide a prepaid return label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Items are not in original condition

  • Items show signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Items are returned after the allowed timeframe


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged or defective products

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when contacting customer support.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
